Vendor Information

Vendor Set-up begins at 8 a.m.

You will be allowed to bring your vehicles on to the grounds to unload your goods. You will need to move your vehicles out before you set up in order to allow others to do the same.

Your booth should be ready by 9:30. All vehicles must by cleared from the event grounds and parked in the designated area by 9:30.

Event opens to shoppers at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m.

Vendor tear down is at 5pm.  No sooner.

All vendors must have a canopy/tent

Bring your own tables and chairs & change if you are accepting cash. 

There will be a Hospitality area for your convenience for vendors wearing the name badge that will be provided to you upon set up.  Water, coffee and snacks are available for you at no charge as well as a clean restroom. No one else will be allowed in this area. 

Porta Potties will also be set up on the fair grounds.

We will have Food Trucks set up for you to purchase additional food.

Please remember: the nicer your booth looks, the more enticing it will be for shoppers to stop in. Fill your booth with product!

Have your booth name hanging in a visable area.

 We are excited for you to have a successful and enjoyable event and will do all we can to help make that happen. 

Make sure you complete the vendor application and include your payment so a space can be reserved for you.  If you need electricity, pay for it with your vendor fee. You will not be able to add this the day of the event.
